Packaging & Shipping

We use several print-on-demand services for art work, prints, clothing and custom products. We generally do not have any control over how the items are shipped but if they are received damaged they can be returned within a specified of time. Evidence of their damage will be required. Shipping costs to return the item is not included.

Signed or special order books or art prints are sent from Skylar Burton Publishing In careful packaging. Some sizes of prince may be sent in a tube. Gift packaging is available at an additional cost. This must be specified with your order.

Do you ship worldwide? Yes, the drop ship provider will send international packages. Some countries are unavailable for shipping and these include: Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe

Shipping costs: Shipping costs vary depending on country and based on the weight, the destination it’s being shipped to and the shipping method selected.

When will I receive my order? All orders are subject to our 3 to 5 working day turnaround time before being shipped. Depending on the shipping method, Estimated delivery is between 5 and 15 days

Customs Information: Deliveries outside of the USA may incur customs charges. We cannot predict what these might be. Pease contact your local customs office to find out more. These fees are paid to the local carrier, not Sky Burton Publishing. All international orders may be subject to tax and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are separate from any delivery fees.

Returns

Returns on books: Books are print on demand and return policies may vary depending on who is the distributor or seller. Generally art books are not refundable after 7 days. Ebooks are not refundable.

Products and clothing must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging. Please include your name and order number as well as the reason for returning the item. After the item is inspected and approved for return your money will be refunded or the item will be replaced.

Return shipping fees are not covered and you will be responsible for any charges to return your item unless items have been received damaged. We strongly recommend a trackable service to mail your return as we can not refund or exchange if your package is lost in transit.Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless received damaged.

Returns on Prints: Prints are made on demand and come direct from our supplier. We do not accept returns unless received damaged. Please contact us within 7 days to qualify for an exchange or a refund. We will ask for evidence of the faulty product and may ask for the return of the item to inspect further. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified. You will also be notified of the rejection of your refund or your art print has been replaced, re-order and shipped. Once approved, a full refund will take between 5 – 10 business days to be submitted to your original payment method. Exchanges will take 2-10 days depending on the country. Shipping costs will not be covered. Processing times can vary.

Returns on Art: Unless received damaged we do not accept returns on artwork.
