LT Fan Site Concept

LT Fan Site Concept
Louis Tomlinson in Łódź Poland, 26 July 2025

I envision the Louis Tomlinson fan site to be a hub for fans who admire his music, message, and journey. The site will spotlight his influence through original fan stories, memories, art, poetry, tour photos, etc. It will also foster community, elevate authentic fan voices, and serve as an archive of his impact. Created by fans, for fans.

We have heard that he may be starting a Discord server. This is not meant to compete with that or his own promotions or management, only to enhance his online visibility.

The site will be focused on his solo career. It will not participate, post content, or engage in speculations about his private life. My broader vision is that we can create and deliver the kind of quality content that perhaps even the media will take notice. (We can hope!) The intent of the content will be to uplift and inspire him and be a safe place for ALL fans.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it ;-), will include accepting any drama that may come. He's in an industry that's full of drama and we all know his past. This site will attempt to stay out of that negativity and present positive and inspiring content. My first question to you: Is that something you can do?

Below is preliminary information. Nothing is set in stone. Just trying to get an idea of who's interested and how you are interested in helping.  My role is only to get this going and to participate as an admin with only an equal voice along with others. Primary importance is that there must be a consensus of goals for the site. I'm completely open to suggestions. Note: These are volunteer activities.

Here are the roles that need to be filled FIRST.

  • Two or Three (?) Site admins
  • Two (?) experienced website developers that can work together. I would anticipate that the fan site would grow and expand into some other areas so we need a webhost that can deliver that. I'm thinking something like Squarespace because it's just easier to manage everything. It does cost more so we would have to get some donations to keep that going. I think we could offer sponsorships that would pay for those kinds of expenses and whatever is left could get donated or support fan projects, etc.
  • A Discord and ongoing communications manager:  Once we get enough volunteers. I would like someone to arrange and manage a private Discord server for continued communication.

We will also need:

  • Content curators: Posts news, updates, writes or curates blog posts.
  • Submission curator: Reviews and organizes fan submissions.
  • Content creators - whatever your specialty is: video edits, artists, etc.
  • Social media managers
  • Sponsorship manager
  • Membership database manager

Let me know (on IG DM for now) your interest area and what you think you can contribute.
